Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and had excellent wifi connection, although a bit small including the washroom. The service was good, with kind staff who cleaned our room regularly. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and in a beautiful sophisticated area. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities were decent.
I stayed at this hotel on the 7th floor. The rooms were decent and tidy, but quite small, even for Tokyo standards. The location was awesome, close to train stations and Roppongi. The dining experience was complimentary but not included in the basic rate. The service was pleasant enough.
I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were small, they were clean and comfortable, which suited my needs perfectly. However, a refresh is due. The service, unfortunately, was not very helpful, as they couldn't assist in finding an internet cafe nearby, despite the lack of Wi-Fi in the hotel. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, even though they didn't speak English and seemed a bit unhelpful. The location was where I wanted to stay, in Akasaka, just minutes away from the US Embassy, Subway station, and some cozy eateries, though it's not ideal. When it comes to dining, the breakfast was complimentary and nutritionally superior in taste, which was a definite plus. The facilities at the hotel were decent, rating-wise.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located in Akasaka, minutes away from the US Embassy, Subway station, and many eateries. The rooms were typical Japanese business hotel size but had a very good soundproof window. The service was helpful and pleasant, and the location provided easy access to train stations and Roppongi. However, the area was filled with aggressive touts trying to lure patrons into hostess bars.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were of typical Japanese business hotel size and a bit worn, they did come with a fridge and excellent Wi-Fi connection. The location in Akasaka was brilliant, only minutes away from the US Embassy, Subway station, and many small eateries, but it did have a slight smell of tobacco. The service was a bit hit or miss, with housekeeping cleaning our room daily but not being very helpful with local recommendations. The dining options were not included in the basic rate, but the food tasted better and was nutritionally superior. The facilities were decent, but the hotel seemed more suitable for those primarily sightseeing than for those looking for lavish amenities.
